Aunt Lizzie

Anna is very lucky to have an amazing aunt named Lizzie.  Lizzie was diagnosed with XP when she was 12 years old, and because of the late diagnosis, has had to suffer through several skin cancer removal surgeries.  Lizzie is one of the bravest people you’ll ever meet.

And if  it weren’t for Lizzie, Anna likely would not have been diagnosed so soon.  Thanks to the early diagnosis, Anna will be able to avoid UV exposure and limit the skin cancers and other damage.
